If this is a regular consumer car then not worth it you won t recoup 50 of the money you put in.
The number one thing causing dents is people driving.
But really there are only 2 options that they have for the repair.

Probably cost more than it s worth but i d be tempted just to punish those responsible.
I don t think any repairer will agree to bog up dents for an insurance job as most insurers have lifetime guarantee on repairs and they can t guarantee a 100 perfect job for the life of the car by.

The only original outer panel saved on the whole car is the roof.

Although this car was not flipped and wrecked between the dents and rust it was arguably worse.
1 is to beat the dents out and 2 is to replace the entire roof skin cut off the old one and weld a new one in then paint.
