I have been trying to get them to reapir their gutter since march.
This has caused penetrating damp damage to my plaster and mould on one wall in my living room.
It is understandable anyone not wanting to get into a row with their neighbour but this is a very selfish of her not to respond.
My neighbor has maintained blighted walnut trees over my driveway house storage unit and walking paths for years and has caused damage to gutters roof and even caused injuries.
I now have significant damp coming through into my bedroom exactly below the join in the gutter.

Personally i would now ask her again and say that the situation is getting worse and causing damage to your property give her one month to resolve issue.
